    Hi there

    I am trying to add classes to my Ja-Business Joomla 2.5 Template, yet nothing works, e.g. i add HTML :
    <ul class=”ja-typo-list list-arrow small-icon “>
    <li class=”list-check”><span class=”icon”> </span>Curabitur ac sem justo.</li>
    <li class=”list-check”><span class=”icon”> </span>Eeu cursus felis.</li>
    <li class=”list-delete”><span class=”icon”> </span>Quisque pretium commodo.</li>
    </ul>

    No icons appear.

    So I read up a little and saw you had to install “Editor Button – JA Typo Button” and “Button – JA Typography”
    But I used the quickstart installation for Ja-Business so should’n’t this be included with it?
    Anyway I installed it but when I want to enable button-Ja-Typography I get error “500 – An error has occurred.
    The file jatypo.xml could not be found.
    Return to Control Panel”

    To where should I upload this jatypo.xml file? just to check if that perhaps fixes the issue?

    And even though I have installed these 2 my classes still don’t work. My module classes work though, not say list classes but only classes that style the actual module itself e.g. no-border.

    When I try to uninstall button-Jatypography i get error “Plugin Uninstall: Manifest file invalid or not found.”

    Could I manually upload the files? and to where?

    Attached is an image of what it looks like when I click on my jatypo button in an article editor.

    Thanks

    JA Typo is not included as some do not want it.
    It can be downloaded here for 2.5.
    Uninstall what ever you have in now and please redownload and install the fresh file.

    Hi Blaine

    When I try to uninstall “Button – JA Typography ” I get error : Plugin Uninstall: Manifest file invalid or not found., Error uninstalling plugin..
    Please let me know how to manually uninstall it, where are all the files located?
    I thought you needed this for the classes in articles to work? or don’t you, cause my classes are not working.
    Thanks

    I just don’t get it, the demo article has the icons ( demo article : typography one) but when i create a new article with the exact same code, no icons appear only blank spaces and the icon images are in their respective directories.

    Right, I made a clean installation of Ja-Business Joomla 2.5, installed both Typo plugins and it works to a point. Say I am in an article, I click on the ja-typo button in the editor and all options show up, but I can only add each option once, say I want to create a special list with arrows, only 3 arrows show up, if I extend the code to make more arrows there are no arrows displayed e.g.
    <ul class=”ja-typo-list list-arrow small-icon “>
    <li>
    <ul class=”ja-typo-list list-arrow”>
    <li><span class=”icon”> </span>This is a sample <strong>Arrow list</strong>.</li>
    <li><span class=”icon”> </span>Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet consectetuer rutrum dignissim et neque id. Interdum pharetra in a metus congue In Sed Pellentesque tincidunt pharetra.</li>
    <li><span class=”icon”> </span>This is a sample Arrowlist.</li>
    <li><span class=”icon”> </span>This is a sample Arrowlist.</li>
    <li><span class=”icon”> </span>This is a sample Arrowlist.</li>
    <li><span class=”icon”> </span>This is a sample Arrowlist.</li>
    </ul>

    The last 3 <li><span class=”icon”> </span>This is a sample Arrowlist.</li>
    <li><span class=”icon”> </span>This is a sample Arrowlist.</li>
    <li><span class=”icon”> </span>This is a sample Arrowlist.</li>

    do not have any arrows, why do you think this is?

    Thanks

    Hi gsol!
    I see we have solved the original problem and are moving on to a new problem.
    I will now close this thread and ask you to please open a new thread for the new problem (your last post).
    This way it is so much easier for others to search the forum and find the solutions they seek quickly.
    thanks!
