In Joomla 1.5 edenite template, it is easy to do split menu and left-side submenu. I just add submenu in main menu, but in Joomla 2.5 your edenite template shows sub menu under the splitemenu.

Please help me how to show the submenu in left side.

Hi norito,

JA Edenite template with joomla 2.5 has JAT3 system plugin and it includes new menu system: mega menu which not include in JA Edenite template with joomla 1.5. If you want it to be the same with version 1.5, please change menu type in Backend > Template manager > Your default template > Profiles (tab) > Menu settings

Thank you, Saguaros again. Please see the attached. This setting is done initially but the result is not what I expected.
Edenite template J2.5 does not provide what is supposed to perform as the splitmenu.

My client has asked me to migrate J15 to J25 with JA-Edenite template. The client uses JA-edenite in J1.5. That is why I can not use Mega-menu even if I want to.

You can build a demo through our demo builder: http://www.joomlart.com/demo/#templates.joomlart.com/ja_edenite

I’ve tried to install both in J!1.5 and J!2.5 and it works properly. If you already done with upgrading your site to J!2.5, PM me url and admin account, I shall check this for you.

Hi Norito
The Edenite 2.5 template only supports stylesheet for mega menu. So i guess you should use mega menu.
The current site is using dropline menu as your attachment.

Please look at this site. I used Split Menu and have come to this point so far.

I have two issues:

1. I would like to get rid of the pull-down menu which is not part of splitmenu

2. I only want to show child menu not all the menu.

How come there is split menu in menu setting? If it is impossible, Split menu should be deleted in the template menu.

I have solved #2 issue. The only issue left is #1. I think this should be fixed by Joomlart.com, template maker.
