I have set the frontpage articles (featured articles) not show publishing date.
but the date still shows on frontpage (if you click and open it ,the date will not show). but when it is on frontpage with “read more” it still shows.
Anyone help me and tell me how to fix this .thank you so much.

I got the answer. it is because of the “home” item on main menu options.
