I have personal check this Teline V quickstart and upgraded to Joomla! 3.4.1.
At moment i don’t see any fatal errors as well.

You can login backend as your needed with information : joomlart / joomlart
Joomla! 3.4.x & Joomla! 3.3.x have not big change. it’s mean we can use extension for Joomla! 3.3.x on Joomla! 3.4.x with / without very minor issues 🙂

when it comes out the update? Ios currently have Joomla 3.4.1 but there are numerous malfunctions.
