Hi
I have added a user to my Joomla Backend. after adding the user i have lost all the access to the menus under my profile. Can anyone help? Thank You. All i see is a Joomla Icon and site access link.

Not sure what permission issue can be there as there is no access to the admin panel.
I suggest you o restore the site backup first so that site can live again in admin side,
And try the update on localhost or a test domain.
Always take backup of site before update Joomla, Never play with live sites and update can create problem sometimes if extension and template not ready.
