Actually no ETA is available for single template

All templates and extensions will be updated in various blocks,block priority will be determined by the number of detected bugs and the popularity of the template.

Ok, but what does that mean, is Joomlart in the process of debugging? Or are you telling your customers to just use the templates anyway and let them report the bugs to you?

That means joomlart is testing template and Joomla 3.7 compatibility, after all eventual problems are solved by Joomlart’s devs, then a new update will be released, Joomlart doesn’t asks customers to test templates.
