Hi Pankaj (and Joomlart team)

I got a copy of the site working on Joomla 3.51 (see https://ecc.winnwebworks.com). It is using the JA T3 framework version 2.6.6. The template is a slightly modified copy of JA University 1.0.4. Now, I have a few questions:

1. Should I upgrade the template to JA University 1.0.7?
2. Should I upgrade the J3 framework?
3. Should I upgrade yet to Joomla 3.7.x?

What would you recommend for best security, mobile usability, etc.

Hi
The shared site is based on older T3v2 framework of JA University, You can update the template to 1.0.7
But i suggest you to wait for the official update for Joomla3.7 as its not ready for it.
If you want to make a try you can try the Joomla updates on localhost first, you if there is anything wrong your live site would be affected.
