Hi,
Im new to this so please pardon my ignorance here. I just registered with GoDaddy and used thier Joomla hosting connection to load it. What I want to know is how to load a Joomlart template into GoDaddy.

Log to your site, to backend, then open Instalation manager, browse for template which you download on your HDD, and click install.
