I just tried updated from Joomla 1.6.5 to 1.7. I installed the latest version of the JA Extension Manager, hoping to use it to update the site for Joomla 1.7, but the screen/function does not work properly. I just get a white screen with links and the error message:

Fatal error: Cannot access empty property in /home/marketir/public_html/administrator/components/com_jaextmanager/models/default.php on line 400

This link brings me to the a page I can view that appears to be working but I can’t do anything and it leads to the above mentioned white screen with links that don’t work properly: http://marketingtoday.net/administrator/index.php?option=com_jaextmanager&view=services
