Hi,
I read the documentation about adding new Module Positions, but what I don’t understand is, when I download Modules from the Joomla Homepage, do I have to create new positions for them, or can I just add them in the backend through the layout manager?

@marmelflo,

Each JA template support various module positions so that if you have a module, you can assign it to any available module position.

Adding a new module position only if there is no existing position to adapt your need.
