Hi,
I’m getting "new updates are available" massage at the back end of my site, but when I open it – they are all the latest versions and up to date! why is this happening and is there an easy fix? Thank you!! (see attachment)

Hi
its might due to Joomla cache , You can purge cache from Extension > Manager > update > clear cache .
Also you can disable/enable the Update site from Extension > Manager > Update sites .

Hi, thanks! I deleted the cache but the updates still remained… I don’t see those sites on my "Update site"!

Hi
This seems to be Joomla cache or from Joomla DB , I suggest you to post the issue on Joomla Forum . so you may get more accurate about this issue , as its seems to be joomla issue .
