    Hi all,

I’ve instaled JA Jason and Joomla version is 3.3.3. Now I want to make upgrade with Joomla upgrader in web site, but I’ve got this message:

    500 – Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

What I have to do now?

    Hi pankajsharma,

I wasn’t clear enough… I want to make upgrade of Joomla, not JA components.
I have problem with that upgrade. Do you have advice for that?

Pleas check the directory permissions on your site .
You can also try to update your Joomla via manual installation .
download the updated package from Joomla site and install it via Extension manager .

Always take a backup of site before joomla update .

    Problem was with file permissions.
