Hello. I’m using the JA Charity Template. I’m pretty new with Joomla so I’m using the information from the Demo Site. When creating the videos page in the site, using a computer they look correctly, (http://www.discdoggdl.com/inicio/index.php?option=com_content&view=category&layout=ja_charity:blank&id=14&Itemid=110) but when using a mobile devidce the videos are not working.

In mobile , the page is displayed correctly (Image1.png) but when is played, a popup window is opened (Image2.png) and the video is not displayed.

how I can change that? The page is unusable in Mobile. :((

Hi,

I could not see the video on that link as you mentioned above. I quickly checked from our demo here and saw the video file is playing as well on mobile device.
