very poor support almost they do not help at all just want to sell and forget about customer need and support. I post bug 2 days ago still they have not seen it other time i gave my site and explain the peroblem they said send screen cast !!!!! they did not bother to see it on live site .If you suffer from same experiences we need to find way to make them change their attitude toward after sell support.good template and nice extention is all joomlart think about not support .

Unfortunately, I’m agree with you.
The support is not up to the 109 dollars that I paid.There still a long delay between answer and response.

I post a problem and give site for you to see the problem with mega menu last line has problem you did not bother to see site ask for screenshot .if you go to classfa.com and click on study group you can see last set of submenue is not alighn with other does this need screenshot?????????????????? and i post question about compatibility of jomart with jomsocial and jomwall the answer was you do not know about joomwall very helpfulllllllllll delete it as you wish but this is not answer to your problem your support is poor you know that deletting this post does not help change your way of business

Look classfa, i am not trying to shed our support commitment, but at times persistence and followup from your side is required to see the end of a question.

Regarding your JomWall and JomSocial Compatibility question >> http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/ja-social-jomsocialjomwall-compatibilty/ << It was answered by me, Yes we have not tested JomWall and so the same was told to you. We can not test each and every component out there. But if JomWall works with other templates and not with ours, we shall fix it.
I stand by my terming this thread as baseless. All your questions were answered and you did not follow them up at all. Your mega menu issue is being looked into and i may need your site login details to check the same. Hope you wont mind sending a PM to me regarding the same.
