@ninja Lead @tomc @pavit @wingly , those 4 guys helped me out alot.

I voted for @ninja Lead , he always came with some awesome solutions. So did the other guys, but had to choose one 🙂

Renewing my membership in a few days 🙂

This poll is a little unfair and hard to choose because I honestly think that all of your support guys are some of the best in the biz.

I think Tom C, Saguaros, Ninja Lead, Pankjishama and everyone else are equally as good. Although without wanting to upset any of the other mods I did decide to vote for @ninja Lead, not just because of his cool username but because he seems to understand my problems exactly the first time round and I’m not very good at explaining myself.

I’ve also got to say a big thanks to @saguaros he is a great guy and he’s always helping me out. @tomc is probably one of the guys I see replying most in the forums and his knowledge is frigging awesome. The noob @pankajsharma is also quickly becoming one of the best.

Keep up the good work guys!

Honourable notes: I didn’t see @luna Garden in the mix, but he has also helped me out a few times. @drarvindc went above and beyond with one of my problems too! @alexismirnov is also a great support when called upon.

For the mods I didn’t talk about, it’s nothing against you guys but we’ve not met yet 🙂

PS – Just wanted you guys to know that before I started using JA and the forums I could hardly write any CSS and now learning from the mods here I am quite confident to write CSS, PHP and HTML! Also the little tricks I’ve learned are awesome like copy as html, custom.css files to mention a couple, I am 100% JA for life!

Overall I was very impressed with the level of customer service, response from the support team simce my early days with using JA … I would say also Ninja Lead would take my Vote. …Ninja Lead responds well to all the tech questions is very helpfu!!!!

The good thing about this vote is that I seldom need support form Joomlart. Templates and extensions usually do exactly what I expect ‘out-of-the-box’. The last time I needed support was more than a year ago, and (I think) Tom provided answers. The answers solved my issue so, Tom gets my vote. Apologies If I am mistaken and have slighted anyone who deserves my vote, but that is the price you must pay for providing product that requires so little support. 😉

Joomlart is doing a great job!

Doing a poll of who is the ‘best’, doesn’t really resonate with me. All you guys are great! That’s what I would expect from any company. It’s a team effort. Perhaps a training program of format handling, troubleshooting process and so on.

It would be great to have more VIDEO tutorials of Joomla 3.3 with JOOMLART TEMPLATES. Different Joomlart templates have different characteristics.

Thank you for the newsletters to keep us up to speed when we are busy with other businesses.
