    It seems that the JA Credit System is either not working or something went wrong.
    I made a redemption weeks ago and nothing happened. I sent PMs to the admins … no reply.

    The question is, if this is something normal or what should I expect?

    Well, i have no clue on how to help you out with this here, but try to send a pm to MICCAS, since he seems to be the one dealing with this. But in another hand, if i remember correct it was once a week he/they should perform this task, so if you did it last week you might need to wait until the end of this week.

    mine took a few days as like it was pointed out, they only check the redemption box once a week.

    They seems to be selective in their approach. I am going to bed now. If when I wake up and my account is not pro-longed, I will no longer care about their shits.
    The JA are just not fair to their customers. And I have enough power to make this available to the public.
