    I am removing my post here and I would like to thank the moderator/cs support person and manager involved who did take the time to review my ticket and look into the matter further to get a resolution.

    The issue has been resolved and I, do, thank those involved that worked to resolve the matter. Those people did restore my faith in Joomlart and their efforts in good customer support above and beyond. 🙂

    Thank you, Phill and Arvind, as well for your posts and efforts to help resolve my issue as well.

    You may have heard JA removes posts but that cannot be further from the truth. The only posts that get deleted are ones containing bad language, spam and ones that directly abuse others.

    As for your issues I would be greatfull if you could detail them. JA are always keen to improve and to have an angry customer is not what we would like. Please feel free to drop me a PM and I will look into whatever has gone wrong for you. It is very hard for me to see what is wrong when you only have 2 posts on the boards.

    HI Jolena.,

    Its strange that you have only two posts on your account, zero downloads, expired membership (JATC Standard Membership – 1 year 09 Jun 2009 – 09 Jun 2010) and one Support ticket asking for restoring access to downloads (today), almost 7 months after expiry of your membership.

    Its difficult to ascertain the cause for your outburst. Hope to hear more from you and the real cause if any.
