Hi,

Extension Manager always displaying "500 – Copy file failed".Which directory should be giving access re-write permission?

There maybe something wrong with file/folder permission on your site, make sure that you have permission with file-644 and folder-755

Aside from always checking file/folder permission..
You may want to ensure your FTP is enabled within Global Configurations.
If this is disabled, it won’t work and give you the same error…. – from experience 😉
