Try to reset your Password on Forum and then Add the New Password in JAEM .
Then add new password in JAEM > Service Manager . Save and try to update extensions .

Is it possible to update the template and the modules without the Joomlart Extensionsmanager?

great it work for you for mysql dump , error to JAEM > Configuration > Hide non JA Extension > Yes > Save it and then try to update .
If you wish u can post your site details as i asked and i will check it.
You can download the extension and manually upload them from Joomla extension manager . But JAEM gives u option to Rollback.
