I have done 2 clean installs of Uber Quickstart, but the Joomlart Installer is not working. The Uber style choices are not present. i have searched for answers in the thread, but to no avail.

ok, for anyone that is having this issue, I found a remedy here. https://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/uber-sample-data-package-2/

unfortunately, that does not fix the issue of it not uploading, but it’s a workaround…

Hi
This installer issue is due to wrong server configurations , that the reason co-worker upload the packages so that You can easily install it on your site .
Sometimes is happen when Output Buffering is ON (should be OFF) on server .
