Dear members,

JA Office will remain closed from 30/05/2012 to 03/06/2012.

Monthly Releases :

Monthly Joomla template has been released today. JA Mendozite

June Magento Theme will be released on or after 4th June 2012.

Support :

very limited support (volunteers only) will be available on Wed, Thur and Friday (weekend are anyways off) in the forum / ticket system. We will resume normal support activities on Monday 04th June 2012.

Please take backup and make sure you dont crash your sites while we are away.

To receive quick support when the team is back please do the following :

1. Try to provide complete details of the issue such as link, screenshots (if necessary to pin point the issue).
2. Best to make new thread and click on “Require help from mods / admin” and submit temporary login details. Check this Screenshot

If you do the above, when the team returns they would be able to provide specific answers and fix the issues. Otherwise, they would anyways be asking the logins or site urls, which is further going to delay the resolution by 1-2 days.

Last month too, we were off for 4 days, this one is probably the last of extended holidays for the year. Next break for JA team would be around Xmas.

Take backups and dont crash your sites.

Would it not have been better to release the template after your return as opposed to once again releasing a template and then not being there to support it? This time for 5 days!!
