Wow, I learnt a very valuable lesson this week.
I used Xampp on localhost to design my new CMS website when not knowing after I completed the website, I noticed my PHP version was 4.xx and not compatible with LIVE SERVER. At this point, My database and website files on the server had already been erased.
I tried to retrieve my site on localhost after the Xampp upgrade to latest version and I could not enter the backend of my website, getting weird error codes.
Anyway, I was able to retrieve the sections content via phpmyAdmin and I had to rebuild my entire website. All is good now as my website went live an hour ago.
I just want to Thank Joomlart for the lovely template. It was very time-consuming putting it together. The userguide for JA Kranos was excellent even for me who is a Joomla newbie.
