November 8, 2011 at 5:22 pm #170507I do not wanted to say it here, but I must say that Joomlart support is not upto the mark.
I created a support ticket 2-3 days back, marked it as emergency but till today there was no reply. I closed it today.
I created another thread a few hours back, mentioning different issue, marked it as critical, as I need to finish the work in time. But there is no reply yet.
Can anybody tell me how much time should I wait for a reply.

November 8, 2011 at 7:20 pm #423710Threads do not always get picked up but tickets should not be missed. Forums by their very nature make it hard to track everything but the ticket system is designed to prevent that. All I can do is apologize that we have not responded sooner.
Can you now outline your problems in this thread and myself and the JA Support team will work with you to address your problems as quickly as we can.

Here is the issue
Joomlart templates do not work perfectly with SH404SEF. It’s not a new issue, had faced the issue on Joomla 1.5 also, and now I am on Joomla 1.7 and JA Teline IV is having similar issue.
Look at the page URLs at the bottom of the home page or any category. They are not correct.
I landed on this page http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/sh404-with-ja_portafolio-not-working/
Tried the above but it did not work for me.”
The above url has following relevant text
“You copy function _buildDataObject from administrator/components/com_sh404sef/pagination.php and replace functinon _buildDataObject of plugins/system/jat3/core/joomla/pagination.phpPurge all link in url manager (a tab of sh404sef control panel in admin site) and surf to home page of your site for rebuilding all link.”
For example, when when I click on page 10 or roll my mouse over it I should see mysite.com/page-10 but what I see is mysite.com/page-5

November 8, 2011 at 7:29 pm #423713Just to make you aware, there have been numerous reports of sh404sef/pagination problems not just with JA Templates but with many other templates and K2 etc. I am going to raise a bug report with the JA devs but it could be an issue that needs to be fixed on the sh404sef side. I am not saying it is but it is something that we need to investigate hte possibility of.
sh404sef is actually a more complex component than it might first seem on the surface.

The team are working on it but if it turns out to be an issue that both JA and the sh404sef team need to discuss together it may take a little longer. The interaction of 2 components such as this can at times be a little complex plus there are also server related issues that need to be taken into consideration.
Having said that both teams are a talented bunch so let’s wait and see what they come up with.

This is temporary solution for your issue.
1. Open file plugins/system/jat3/jat3/core/framework.php
2. Find and comment this line
if (! class_exists('JPagination', false)) t3import('core.joomla.pagination');
3. Purge all links and surf your site.Note: you should notice when upgrade new version of T3. This solutions maybe not work.
I will fix this issue soon.
