This is temporary solution for your issue.

    1. Open file plugins/system/jat3/jat3/core/framework.php
    2. Find and comment this line

    if (! class_exists('JPagination', false)) t3import('core.joomla.pagination');

    3. Purge all links and surf your site.

Note: you should notice when upgrade new version of T3. This solutions maybe not work.

I will fix this issue soon.

    Thanks.</blockquote>

Why is this marked as solved.
The issue is not resolved yet.

Temporary fix worked. but i want permanent solution.

Also, I must say again that Ticket support is not upto the mark. I created this ticket IQM-936-46430 some 21 hours back, mentioning it as critical.

I have disabled all mobile templates, still many times even on desktop, mobile template opens. Not at all happy with the kind of ticket support joomlart provides.

The temporary fix will also be a permanent fix when then new version of the plugin is released. JA cannot release a new plugin version for every minor bug fix as I am sure you can understand. So as far as we a concerned this is fixed for the immediate problem and when the new version of the plugin is released this fix would be included. Hopefully that puts your mind at rest.

As for your ticket JA try to respond to tickets within 24 hours so I am sure yours is being looked into. I would investigate myself but unfortunately it is not really an easy thing for me to do from an iPhone as that is my only web access today.

24 hours would be over in next 20 minutes

The operative word there is “try”. While we do our best sometimes at weekends or during public holidays times slip. However I have raised your issue and hopefully someone will respond soon. I cannot access the ticket system through my iPhone but am happy to try and help here is you wish to explain your problem in detail.

    Alright.

    Here is the issue

    I am on Joomla 1.7.3
I have disabled all mobile templates options in Ja Teline IV.

Still mobile website template is opening on my desktop quite a few times.

Secondly, I see the “Shame on you” banner meant for IE 6 users, even though I am on firefox 8.
The banner do not appear all the time, but a few times, is there any way to disable that.

    Thanks

    Yep, sure.

Could you pm me an admin login ad an FTP account and I will take a look for you. It will be later this evening when I get home.

Yes, I can but not now, as my server support guys are working on another issue. Once that gets resolved, I will share the login details.

Just to share more information with your,

I have selected disabled in all the options for mobile templates and there is no option to disable that “Shame on you” banner in the template admin area.

Yep, the shame on you bit requires a minor code adjustment. As soon as I have your PM I will investigate the mobile problem and deactivate the shame on you thing.

Though this solves the pagination issue.
But now the Meta description is messed up.
The page number it shows is wrong, many pages now have same numbers.

Also, I am having another issue, I am not sure if teline 4 is causing that. may pages are generated with ?start=7 appended at the end, I can see this in Google webmaster as google is crawling those page, but when I try to find them in source code I am unable to find them.

    Please reply asap.

    Thanks

Try switching to a default template and see if you still get the same.

The ticket server is apparently having a lot of problems the last couple of days. The JA server guys are working on it and hopefully it will be fixed soon. When it is I will get back you you here. Please could you raise tickets for this but include FTP and Admin logons so the devs can investigate a little.
