With all due respect . . . you really do need to learn to exercise a bit more patience and consideration in your communication delivery. As Phill explained to you, we were experiencing issues with our Support Ticket System, and were not able to address a number of Support requests for a bit of time. Issues such as these are often part-and-parcel with computer/internet based systems … and does not necessarily reflect poor Support efforts.Perhaps, the next time you’re feeling a bit frustrated, you might try asking a question in a considerate and constructive manner – rather than lashing out in a condemning tone right out of the gate.

December 8, 2011 at 9:43 pm #428809You problem is quite a complex one so you will have to wait unfortunately for the dev team to investigate. I have raised the issue which in all fairness is quite a unique one.
I myself am unable to test as I do not have sh404sef and am not going to splash out on buying myself a copy just to test something. I am sure the other supporters would not want to spend their own money either which is why we have to wait for one of the developers to assist. I am sorry it is taking longer than normal but this really is a more complex problem than it first seems.

Arvind has extended your membership until Jan 15th as a gesture of good will. This problem has become a little more complex and as such has taken a lot longer than we would normally hope to resolve.
In the mean time pascm will continue to follow up on your problem.

Tom the issue is related to sh404sef and as i am mentioning on this ticket -> NUO-380-42370 i didn’t have any updates but also i couldn’t identify the problem from my end.
I guess that with the latest version of sh404sef and jat3 this should be solved.

Hi,
We have checked your website and we can’t confirm the issue also in the latest version of JAT3 the issue has been resolved. Please confirm the same as we were unable to login to your website to make sure that because the credentials provided to NUO-380-42370 ticket are not valid.Please confirm from your side also that the issue has been resolved.
