You can pick up a language pack here

http://www.webdesigner-profi.de/joomla-webdesign/joomla-shop/downloads/languages.html?lang=en

and install it via JoomShopping NOT via the normal Extensions Manager

e.g. yourdomain/administrator/index.php?option=com_jshopping&controller=update
