I am having trouble creating the joomshopping just as the demo has.

When I download the jooshopping from http://www.webdesigner-profi.de/joomla-webdesign/joomla-shop/downloads.html. I am using joomla 2.5. When I try to install it, an error comes up that says Component Install: Another component is already using directory: /home/aymancom/public_html/nmbt.org/joomla/administrator/components/com_jshopping and Error installing component.

Is there a way to resolve this issue?

You will get this error message when trying to install the JoomShopping component package on the JA Tiris site using our demo sample data (quickstart). We do include the com_jshopping component installation folder with our customized JoomShopping theme inside the template quickstart so that you don’t need to install it again.

In case, you want to update the latest version of this component, you can try to refer this related thread to update JoomShopping successfully without losing the data.

Download the quickstart package – it has js already installed and populated with data.
