I changes the css file to show the jpg of my logo. The logo shows on firefox and chrome but not on any IE version 6 or 7

Also it appears there might be a conflict with jom-comment.
So try temporarily disabling jom-comment and see if you can see your logo.

I disabled jom comment but still no logo image in IE7.
Also I can send the credentials for the admins, how can I do that without posting it for all to see?

HELP!!!

check my site in IE 7. the home page has suddenly stopped showing all the right hand content and bottom content. http://www.india-intro.com/

Hi friend ,

The issue is related to the logo image itself,If you try using another image You will not see the issue appear !

You also have problem with your content because you are creating your articles with word which gives an error….copy your article to Notepad++ and paste into joomla editor.
Probably this will solve you logo problems also, because this way (with microsoft word code on it) your site has many problems.

thanks a lot guys. I loaded another image and the problem is fixed.
Is there an editor that I can use in joomla that will strip out the MS word codes? That way I don’t have to have a 2 step process of copy pasting in notepad and then to the site.

JCE, my favorite, is one that will do that.
http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/edition/editors/88

In the editor you’ll see a Word icon…you simply click on that…and paste your selection in the pop up box…save and you’re good to go.

In the latest version of JCE you might not see the “Word” icon but the editor strips the code out of the box! You can check this by disabling the wysiwyg editor ().
