Hello
I’m having a problem where images with “JPG” extension does not show on the Methys Slideshow. Is there anyway to make the slideshow accept “JPG” images? If not, can someone please teach me how to change the images from “JPG” to “jpg”?

Thanks

December 24, 2012 at 9:18 am #477389Hi
I changed the extension of your image slide3.JPG to slide3.jpg to show you that only that extension is accepted
also in your ja_slideshow module settings if you set the Thumbnail mode to Using Crop then the module will take the images from the resized folder ( where the cropped images are stored) if you instead switch it to the “Using Image source” then it takes your images from the images/slideshow folder as is now
So rename the other images as jpg and not JPG and everything will work fine

Right click on image file and change JPG to jpg then upload it again in the same folder where you have now JPG images
