I installed J!rections and almost everyone loves it as a commenting compenent for Joomla.

Everything sets up fine but when I submit a response nothing works. I was told it could be because of the template.

It is configured correctly to allow anyone to submit a response.

If anyone has any knowledge of this sort of problem I’d appreciate input.

HI never heard of the extension, nor has anyone I have talked to, I’d suggest the developer of the extension will have far greater knowledge than us, give him a email first, include a link to the live site and he may pick the problem in seconds, if you have no luck try here again, but as its not a well known extension or a JA product I’m unaware of where to go to assist you
