I installed J!rections and almost everyone loves it as a commenting compenent for Joomla.

Everything sets up fine but when I submit a response nothing works. I was told it could be because of the template.

It is configured correctly to allow anyone to submit a response.

If anyone has any knowledge of this sort of problem I’d appreciate input.

Never heard of it, who told you it may be the template, the developer? I’d say contact the developer and get him to look at the live site and as he knows all about his product from a code point of view he may pick it up straight away, a google search shows his his email is software@sdecnet.com
