Hi,

I am trying to optimize my site a little bit.
I have compiled the css, I do not use development mode and I have selected the css optimization. I also use gzip in Joomla configuration. BTW, I use J2.5.
The strange thing is that when I run YSlow, it reports that all css and js are uncompressed.

Currently, new T3 framework is not yet support js compress that reason why you can see js files did not compress. You can find other compress tools from JED, hope you can get it

I found from JED forum site plugin that you can use . Hope it will help you to compress css and js on your site.

Hi,

I already have tried this extension and a couple of others, but not only it does not compress anything. It makes slideshow and the rest of the modules of front page disappear. Please check my screen cap:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

In my opinion the problem should be addressed by T3, as it is supposed to, because it was working fine in the previous versions and I really cannot understand why such a valuable functionality was taken off.
Anyway I have resolved my problem by using a CDN Server: http://www.cloudflare.com
They have a minify and compress functionality by default, so it’s done through their server.
