I am getting this error in IE8 only. No error in FF3, IE7, IE6 :

An error has occurred in the script on this page
Line: 31
Char: 1
Error: Invalid argument.
Code: 0
URL: http://www.foo.com/media/system/js/mootools.js

In doing some google searches it seems this is a common problem but I have yet to find a real fix for JA Teline II users.

Thanks for any and all advice.

(Joomla v. 1.5.9 and JA_Teline_ii v. 1.6)

well, this error is in most of Ja templates. I managed to solve it by doing this:

in index.php find:

<!-->
<style type="text/css">
.clearfix {display: inline-block;}
</style>
<!-->
and just remove :

gte

this should solve it. Or just install ie8_compatibility plugin.
