There’s a custom CSS rule in templates/ja_social_ii/css/custom.css file which is the cause of this problem, please remove it :

html .t3-header .joms-noti__notify a {
display:-webkit-inline-box;
padding-left:30px;
}

the css only fix few pages, but if you try to click my sidebar off-canvas link. either classifed, crowdfunding, marketplace or so on. the js notification will be stacking.
