i had problem… js notification overlapping with login button when on smartphone device.

Kindly post the site url and a temp login details to check this via Private reply .
Also share the Jomsocial version that you are using on your site , it may be due to incompatible version .

Template is not ready for latest version of Jomsocial at this time , this may be problem , new version of JS have changes in style classes .
