Could you check the credentials you have supplied as they do not appear to be working.

Not quite sure what has happened. It seems that you updated Joomla to version 2.5.3 but never clicked the database button afterwards as there were a number of errors showing. Not sure if this is the cause but if you deleted a user (with an ID of 44) during that time the database may not have been cleared properly. To clear this you would probably need to manually delete the records from the database using a tool such as phpmyadmin.

If you struggle to o it drop me phpmyadmin details and I will take a look. Before you do anything though please make sure you backup your site and database. Akeeba backup is a great tool to do this for you.

That is the link to the back end of your site? How do I get to phpmyadmin? It is the database I need to check

Ahh, sorry. I see it now in the back end of Joomla. Neat.

That seems to be fixed for now. I had to create a user with the ID of 42. I have done a little reading and it seems to be a Joomla bug. Not the best fix but at least it works.
