I’ve got a problem in J1.7.3, JA Teline IV that I can not same the profile settings. It shows me an error of <blockquote>An error has occurred when saving Global Settings</blockquote>. Search from this forum for a while but, the related posts say it needs FTP access etc…. I tried that but it does not work for me. After working around and I found T3 tries to save the ini file in …./templates/ja_teline_iv/etc/profiles. But this folder does not exit. After creating profiles folder, the profile saves succeeded.
This is the first time I use the latest version of JA Teline IV and I did not have the problem with previous versions.
