I see that there is an arrow image assigned to the ja_sulfer template for the css menu, however, it doesn’t show up or work. How can a menu image be assiged? Or can this template be worked on by your staff to show the arrow menu image?
Thank you,

What part of there is no image in the menus do you not understand? You don’t need an url for that. And the explaination of what is wrong is defined just fine. The images for the menus do not show up, however the directories are there for them. You don’t have act like that with new customers. My recommendation is, if you don’t have an answer, don’t respond.

October 9, 2009 at 9:27 am #319980As the CSS menu is not a standard Joomla module it does not automatically come with the ability to show assigned menu images. This is the same for 99% of all Joomla Clubs templates.
You could easily adjust the menu to display assigned images but this would be customisation rather than a support issue. Normally I’d be quite willing to help but since your attitude stinks, your on your own. Anyone who can be this rude while asking for help deserves no help at all.
rjspence, I suggest in future you submit a ticket. I doubt anyone on the forum is willing to help a person with such a nasty tone.

October 9, 2009 at 10:15 am #319993Rjspence has been banned for 2 days for the improper usage of words / language against JA Mod. The ban would be increased incase he repeats the same. Such behaviour will not be tolerated.
