I’m just downloaded both of JA Portfolio version (quickstart), real estate portfolio and joomlart portfolio …and there is no difference between them…both are joomlart portfolio template…

i hope you can fix it…off course you can fix it 😎

please take a detail look,
now you try seeing some points as following:

1) home page: at the tab position
2) k2 menu demo

You will see theirs differences. The demo content / images are different. Code is same.
