Is there a similar function, utility or plugin for regular joomla content articles to have or place at the end of articles, similar as found in the K2 author block at the end of K2 articles?

I would like to have or add something like that to the regular joomla articles.

Not sure about this but you can alway ask for this in joomla.org forum 🙂 or check in extensions directory for such type of extension providing this functionality::
