Hi,

I have a problem about K2 .I found this error when I use link of Add a new item in this category:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class K2ModelItem in …../components/com_k2/models/item.php on line 930

How I fix this problem

I use old JA Social quickstart (download on 09-26-2010) which had a problem. I download a new JA Social quickstart 10-06-2010 .It is clear.How will I update old version to new version ?

You can use the compare tool to check which files changed: http://update.joomlart.com/#compare/JATCSOCIAL/1.2.0/1.1.0%20Beta

1) you uninstall the t3 framework plugin and install the latest version of this plugin
2) use the compare tool and get all files changed, to upload overriding current files on your website. if you have not made any customizations on the template, you can remove ( or rename ) current files, and upload and use all new files;

1.Where is a link of t3 framework plugin ?
2.From compare tool,I found all file is about view part.Is it a problem about control or model part of Joomla?

I update JA T3 to 1.1.8 and reinstall template but I still have same problem.How can I do?

hmm, the problem happen on the k2 component, may be your component is having problem, you try to upgrade the k2 component to the latest version and check this issue again
