On the home page will be displayed K2 different categories.
These can be sorted differently in the “Basic Options” menu manager (item ordering).
My question: is it possible to hide all the year digits?
In order to see only the photos as a photo mosaic.

Any tips?

Did you mean year number displayed on home page or year number in created date of K2 item?

As of now, JA Lens does not support this feature. Year number is always displayed on home page.

I’m just a noob, but I know for sure that anyone can remove the year boxes from the gallery.

BUT: I found it much easier to just change
$addTimelineBox = true;
to
$addTimelineBox = false;
