I’m sure this must be a simple configuration issue, but for the life of me I’m not able to figure it out. I am unable to get any items displayed under the k2_content_module.

My module is configured to display all items from all k2 categories, however nothing is showing in the module box, no matter in what position I publish it. Interesting thing is that the module is showing 6 blank lines corresponding to the 6 articles that were supposed to display, however the actual items/articles are not visible. I am attaching an image of the module, if that gives any clue.

Anybody else has encountered a similar issue? Thanks for any input!

By any chance, did you add your articles via the normal joomla way or via k2? Its a stupid question but could be the reason.

Darren, thanks for replying. I did add them via the k2 component, and they actually show properly when linked to them or to the category via the menu. They also display when linked to them via the mod_k2_tools module. It’s just the mod_k2_content which is not behaving.

K here is another guess, did you set Introtext to hide? This parameter can be found in the module page.

I tried it both with hide and with show for the introtext… still no show… This really puzzles me.

Hmm if you’re doing it to the right module, i’m out of suggestions for now. I’ll see if any bright ideas come later.

JA Support, no take on this? This is unacceptable after 3 days, and after providing you with admin access to my site.

After some more investigation, it turns out that mod_k2_content is empty on the front page and all pages setup as articles category blog (e.g. Submissions and About in my site menu). It does display correctly on other pages such as Contact or any article page, whether Joomla article or K2 article.

I would appreciate it if the bright folks on JA support team could look into this. Thanks!
