I’m coming back to Joomla after spending some time away. I have just installed a full installation of the Joomla 2.5 bundle with the Mitius template. For some peculiar reason, I have not been able to edit or add items from the front end of the website at all. I’ve made sure the admin account is under the default site owner group and the site owner group has access to all the categories. I just can’t find the edit or add functions on the front end anywhere when logged in. Any ideas what I could be missing? If you want to take a look at the site I’m setting up I could provide the information. Thanks in advance for your help.

You can check and enable K2 Parameters button

Go to Admin site -> Components-> K2 -> click Parameters button -> Frontend Editing tabs -> Enable frontend editing set YES

Always remember to clear cache from the Admin area after apply any changes
