And also others as well, since it is such a versatile, useful component that is only just starting out (but which I think Joomlart could contribute much towards in development and also in templating).

Yootheme has their “Zoo” extension, which is essentially equivalent, but is really inferior to the free GPL product being provided by JoomlaWorks (for example, K2 offers frontend editing while even the paid version of Zoo does not).

I think there would be much to gain for Joomlart, but even more Joomlart’s users, if they could focus on bringing K2 to their products.

(My developer membership just expired yesterday I believe, but I will re-subscribe when the next Teline is released, as I did last year).
