    Hello

After moving my website to new dedicated server , K2 images not working well.
Try to create new item , uploading images , the image never uploaded and not showing …

all images that were uploaded in the previous server, still working well.

    Hope someone can help.

If you hover your mouse over the first item in the main menu at the top – second item after the home item – you will see one article with no image even I tried to upload one.

    Hi waelali,

Please check the settings of menu item (also K2 item and category that this K2 item belongs to) that doesnot display k2 image whether it’s set to Hide or not.

Unfortunately, this did not work and fix the issue.
I tried, but still when I upload any image to K2 article – it never shows up , and even cannot see it in the preview when I upload it to K2 Article – Images Tab.

This happened just after moving my site to new dedicated server… Maybe permissions issue??

Yeah, it could be the permission issue, please check this.

    Hi again,

You could check the permission of image folder that contains images displayed in that K2 item.

    Hi waelali,

By default, permission for files should be 644 and folder is 755. If it still does not work, try to change to 777. If you don’t have right to change, please ask your hosting provider for help.

    Regards.
