How do i have K2 (featured) items or categories show in Fixel’s Home-1 position?

Hi

Ja Fixel Home-1 position is not set to show K2 featured items or Categories also selecting a new menu item ( Fixel Category Blog )
you can choose only from Joomla categories

Thanks but Easyblog will not do it for me because I need the extra fields in K2.

Is its possible however to embed a K2 item/category into the body of a regular joomla article?

Sorry but it is not clear to me what you want to do, you can import K2 items into joomla but you cannot embed k2 item content in Joomla articles since there is no developed code to add k2 extra fields into it.

When you say IMPORT, are the two linked two ways or once you import it becomes a joomla article?… let me explain:

Since I cannot place the K2 item into fixel’s home-1, is it possible to have a situation where the k2 item is IN the joomla article and i can modify it if i need to without RE-IMPORTING, almost as if it were an embedded module?

When you import a K2 item into Joomla it becomes a Joomla article with all related characteristics but not the extra fields

I think that this is impossible in the actual JA Fixel HOME-1 position configuration
