For instance if i use mod_k2_content to display content i only want to appear on the homepage (blog), when i click an article that belongs in the blogs sub-category/child items the module is still assigned to display on the child items page although i selected the menu assignment just to display in the blog.

Blog
– child item 1
– child item 2

for example

mysite.com/blog(where i want the module to appear)/childcategory (still appears here where i don’t want it to)

How do i correct this?

Hi,

Have you selected child items to be shown in this menu item also ? If so and if i was able to understand correctly what you are trying to achieve then you should deselect child items.

I hope that helps you solving the issue, if not please provide me with your web site link so i can take a closer look on that.
