I am assuming JA Travel does not have K2 styling for Joomla 1.7, correct?
If so, is there a straight-forward way to port the K2 styling for the J 1.5 version to J 1.7?
    Thank you for any guidance!

    Hi clampert,

basically there are some things to be done:

    1. Copy templates/ja_travel/css/k2.css
    2. Copy templates/ja_travel/images
    3. Copy templates/ja_travel/html/com_k2

Step 3 is the hardest one as You need to make all K2 overrides again, because they are for older K2 version.

If I get some free time I will make these changes, but maybe my colleagues from the development will do it before me 🙂

    Best Regards

Thank you, Trimund! It would be awesome if you could do those changes when you get some time. I’ll try my hand at it also.
When you say “need to make all K2 overrides”, can you clarify what you mean by that? I’m not all that familiar with the K2 internal structure.

    Hi clampert,

I mean You will have to take default K2 2.5.1 template and make all changes joomlart has done in K2 2.4.1 template regrding CSS classes and so on.

Because there are number of templates and our devs should take care of plenty tasks, including new templates every month.
Sorry for the delay, but there is not much that can be done on this matter.

    Regards
