Hi,

Just installed mendozite and all good until the user goes to ‘my account’ and tries to save changes.. 404 Component not found.
This is a fresh install from quickstart and no extra plugins or components are installed.
If K2 user profile is disabled in K2 advanced options then with joomla’s user profile only it saves.
Another issue also is whenever you try to create an account from top/create account it’s all fine and validated, brings the message that an email has been sent but it redirects you again to enter username, password,email, and etc…avatar, url etc.

Any help would be appreciated.

Tried also with another plain template and it does save so looks like a template issue..

It fails again to save user details through my account of K2 user. What do you think is the problem?

I spent my entire time to check your K2 problem as you seem to have your site upgraded to the latest version of K2 component(2.6.1).

I also helped you upgrade all customization on JA Mendozite template. Please help me re-check on such again, and let me know if it helps.

Thanks for your time..still doesn’t work though. Anyways forget it .. maybe there is future update of template and will take it from there.. – FYI .. K2 version (2.6.1) came with the quickstart on JA Mendozite .. there was no upgrade from my side
– I made no customizations on the template…

Now I tried myself and installed K2 2.5.7 on top of 2.6.1 (quick-start I downloaded though came with 2.6.1) and got solved.

Hello guys,
this is big problem for me, i need to solve this template bug ASAP. As i saw, there was many members with this problem and not only with this template. Im using Joomla 2.5.8, K2 2.6.2 and Ja Mendozite 1.0.2. What is the problem with this user edit function?
